3D Farm assets

This is a package focused on farm elements. 

This package contains 70+ assets:

• now the rocks are closed models to facilitate rotation and variation within the game engines
• added Bear farmer character with rig for easily posing
• added 5 manual tools and a hat for warmer weather
• added empty and full buckets for the water well
• added a crank for the water well  
• corrected animals pivot points to be on the base
• added a dried tree
• the export format include now FBX and GLB

It is a single .ZIP file containing all the elements in .glb portable format. It's as easy as opening your game editor, like Godot or Unreal, and importing the files; then, you can edit it easily!
